in Debugging section

for xiaomi disable USB debugging( Security settings) to do some privelage operation

goto  Wireless debugging 

click on Pair device with pairing code

adb pair [IP_ADDRESS]:[PORT]

example:

wifi pairing code : 123456 (some random six digit)

IP address & Port : 192.168.1.64:42707

adb pair 192.168.1.64:42707 

Enter pairing code: 

Successfully paired to 192.168.1.64:42707 [guid=adb-L9VTX3KQ7MPR8ZJF-5wB1Ne]

adb connect [IP_ADDRESS]:[PORT]

this might be diffrent after pairing its on top of wireless debugging menu

for device without wireless debugging option or hassle to pair run via usb debugging with cable : 

adb tcpip 5555

and run adb connect
