Tracy Morgan To Return To ‘SNL’ With Miley Cyrus And Amy Schumer Following Accident

Tracy Morgan has been on the road to recovery following a 2014 automobile accident, which involved a Walmart truck striking a car that the comedian was in, along with several other comics, according to Yahoo News.

The “30 Rock” star will now be making his return to “Saturday Night Live as he’s set to host when the 41st season returns, according to Variety.
This fall, Miley Cyrus and Amy Schumer are also reportedly on the list of hosts as well. This is reportedly the second time Morgan will be hosting “SNL” after his eight-seasons as part of the cast from 1996 to 2003.
“Stoked to be going home…#SNL,” tweeted Morgan.
Following the accident, many had sent wishes to Morgan during the 40th anniversary celebration of the show.
“I wish my friend Tracy Morgan was here tonight, and I know he was hoping he’d be well enough to be here too,” Fey said during the special, according to CNN.
The comedian reportedly settled with Walmart in May after the accident for an undisclosed amount.
Morgan gave his first interview in June before his official return to comedy.
“I’m not at 100% yet. When I’m there, you’ll know it,” Morgan said at the time.
Schumer will reportedly be making her “SNL” hosting debut on October 10 while Cyrus will be the first host of the show on October 3.
